Order Processing


Orders received before 12:00 are processed and expected to be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 15:00 are expected to be processed on the following business day.


Delays may occur in both the processing and delivery of an item. We reserve the right for lost, as well as sold-out items and delayed delivery.


**Shipping:**


*Delivery Time:*

The delivery time for your order is usually 7-10 business days.

We reserve the rights for delayed delivery due to unforseen circumstances or order processing.


*Delivery Area:*

We only deliver goods within Europe.


MHS Media ships items with the following: Postnord


Shipping is calculated based on the shipping company's processing fee.


We reserve the right for Postnord to have delays in some cases, for which MHS Media cannot take responsibility. In all cases where a letter is delayed unexpectedly, MHS Media can be contacted electronically via email. MHS Media takes responsibility for responding to these emails within a reasonable time and will try to find a solution to the problem. Often, the solution is to wait for the letter to arrive or resend an order.


**Payment:**


MHS Media accepts online payments with: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, MobilePay, creditcard and shopify payments.


Payment is deducted as soon as the order is placed, and a delivery confirmation is sent.


For payment with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment.


All amounts on the website include VAT.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

MHS Media uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by others from the outside.


MHS Media's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.


**Prices:**


All prices on Heelme.eu include your local VAT, excluding delivery costs and are listed in EUR.


Deliveries in and outside Denmark are processed according to applicable rules for exports from Denmark.


We reserve the right for typos and reserve the right to make price changes.


**Cancellation:**


If an item is to be canceled, information about it should be sent to info@heelme.eu as soon as possible. As we aim to process and dispatch orders within a few hours, it is important that we receive this message as soon as possible. If the request for cancellation or processing of a new delivery address and other corrections for the order is not sent before the delivery confirmation is received in your inbox, the order has been handed over to the shipping company and is therefore unable to be further processed by MHS Media.


**Personal Information:**


heelme.eu processes all personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Act.


Information that can be linked to you as a person will never be made available to other companies or linked to other external registers.
