Orders usually ship within 72 hours. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your order until it reaches its destination.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. If you select Track and trace letter to postbox, your letter should be at your address within 7 days of being shipped.
We primarily use Postnord for most deliveres within the EU. You can in some cases expect that Postnord will hand over the letter to your local post company for delivery, this usually depends on your own country's rules and regulations.

If you're located in the EU, our shipping prices are 7,99€. Some countries have differentiating rates based on distance.

Sure can! Provided your order has not shipped, please do send us the new shipping address details ASAP and we can change this over for you. To reach out with your new/updated shipping address, email us at: info@heelme.eu.
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address, but fear not! You can always reach out to us to find a solution.
*Please note: We cannot redirect or retrieve orders delivered to an incorrect address. So, please ensure you carefully check your address details entered at checkout.

Heel Me is made from imitated leather, constisting of polyurethane, depending on product type; a core of foam and with a strong skin-safe adhesive on the backside.

How do I apply the discount/giftcard code?
How do I apply the discount/giftcard code?
Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page, you’ll see a box that reads ‘Gift card or discount code’. Enter your discount code and click ‘Apply’. Discount codes are entered before the payment page so you’re aware of exactly how much you save.
*Please note: Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discounts doesn't apply on an order above €42, and instead free freight is applied automatically. If you plan to purchase multiple items with multiple discount codes, we suggest you place separate orders. Some discounts are pre-applied via the strikethrough price on the product page. If a code does not work on your order, please ensure you have applied the right code for your order, and continue to checkout and delivery to see whether the code has applied. In some cases due to technical errors, the applied discount doesn't show until shipping has been applied.
