Cancellation Policy


The cancellation right applies within 14 days from the receipt of the item. If, contrary to expectations, you wish to cancel your purchase, you should return the item in substantially the same condition (including packaging and labels), and we will refund the amount you paid for the item. You are responsible for any depreciation in the value of the item resulting from handling it in a manner other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.


If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you may receive a reduced refund or no refund at all. It is up to MHS Media to assess the condition of the item.


Complaints


In the case of a defect in an item, please contact heelme.dk in writing or orally within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. You will then receive information on how the complaint will be handled. All complaints are processed in accordance with the applicable Danish Sale of Goods Act, which grants the customer a 24-month warranty. However, we reserve the right to consider the warranty invalid for items that, due to natural use or incorrect application, have significantly deteriorated in condition, often causing the warranty to expire before the expiration of the complaint period.


Furthermore, we reserve the right to consider the omission of following the included instructions, which advise waiting 24 hours before using footwear after applying the product, as often leading to an invalid reason to exercise the warranty.
