The look and feel of the product is great. Application instructions and deligery time was also good. I was really excited when I put it in my shoe and it worked great for the first couple weeks.
However, last week the weather was extremely hot, and the glue holding the HeelMe in place gave out: after two days of 35+ degree Celsius it started to move and became sticky in the heel area of the shoe. I could re-position, but it may be a good point of improvement to look for a glue which does not ‘melt’ and let off in severe high temperature weather.
I tried HEEL ME to fix the worn‑out heel area of my sneakers, and it works well. The patch is quite thin but strong, sticks securely, and instantly stops the rubbing that usually destroys the inside of the shoe. It makes old sneakers feel comfortable again. A simple, effective solution if you want to extend the life of your favorite pair. Lets hope this stays for another 2 or 3 years :)

Het product is goed! Andere producten die het 'nabootsen' zijn niet zo goed! Jullie zijn jullie product, prijs waardig! Een blije klant voor de tweede keer. Het heeft enkel lang geduurd tegen ik het product kreeg... maar dat heeft waarschijnlijk vooral te maken met de staking met de post in Belgie...

There could be a wider version, because the shoe doesn't always wear out on the heel, but often on both sides. In this case, using two patches would be unlucky and wasteful. Well, the idea and product are excellent!
I love these products! And I even started supplying my family with these - they love it as well.. Now I can finally wear my loafers without them cutting into my ankle

I’ve only worn the patches for a couple of days, and I can say they’re comfortable to walk with. However, I’ll need more time to properly evaluate them and see how well they stay attached over time.
On the other hand, I have two concerns:
It took too long to arrive in Spain — almost four weeks. That’s too much.
In the instructions, you should emphasize that the stickers should be applied starting from the center and then smoothed outward to the sides; otherwise, you may leave a bubble in the middle.
