Foam core or slim?

Slim or Foam core?

Foam core: For shoes with broken heelcaps, damaged plastic pieces and big holes. The Foam core is excellent at absorbing unwanted blisters and creating a comfortable cushion for your heel.

Slim: For shoes with smaller holes and friction damage. The Slim version is our thinnest version, and creates a smooth, frictionless surface, replacing the shoes blister prone material.

The glue on our products is quite strong, and should stick for the whole duration you may need Heel Me. If you wish to remove the heel protector, soap & water should be used to remove any left over residue.
